  • Learn proper, repeatable, race-day warm-ups

  • Learn how to pace properly without burnout

  • Practice Sled Pulls and Sled Pushes with your race-class weight

  • Simulate race-day conditions

  • 60-minute class that combines instruction with TRAINING

  • InBody scans to measure muscle and body fat changes

What days/time will we meet?

The class will meet TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, SATURDAYS, and SUNDAY.

What will we do in the sessions?

(1) WARMUP

Prepare the hips, shoulders, knees, core and elevate your core body temp.

(2) CONDITIONING

Combination of intervals, intensity, and endurance.

(3) SKILLS

Practice Wall Balls, Sled Pushes and Pulls, Burpee Broad Jumps

What about days we don't meet?

The program includes at-home/at-gym programming you can do on your own at your home gym or at Urban Athletic Club

What are the dates?

Classes are every week!

Can I just buy the program?
Can I train at Urban Athletic Club?

Yes, the program is $50 per month, which includes instructional videos, strength tracking, and weekly check-ins.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is paid and free street parking. There's also a parking garage at Giant Food that offers free 90-minute parking with a purchase.
