Hey, I'm Jeb!

Coach Jeb’s journey to Urban Athletic Club is as dynamic as his athletic background. Born in Virginia but raised across the country—from Hawaii to Texas and Pennsylvania—Jeb’s diverse upbringing exposed him to various sports, including swimming, soccer, basketball, squash, and football. But in college at James Madison University, Jeb found his true passion: Rugby. Competing at the highest level for eight years, he won a national championship in college and traveled internationally, including playing against the Mexican National team in 2019.

FAQ

What days/time will we meet?

The class will meet WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAYS and SUNDAY.

What will we do in the sessions?

(1) Work on skills (Sled Push and Pulls, Wall Balls, Rowing, Skierg, Kettlebell Carries, and all the movements done in a HYROX event.

(2) Prepare the body for the workouts in HYROX (building up the cardiorespiratory system and increasing muscular endurance.

What about days we don't meet?

The program includes a 3 training days per week that you can do on your own at your home gym or at Urban Athletic Club (additional fee).

What are the dates?

5 consecutive weeks. Starts week of January 5th

Can I just buy the program?
Can I train at Urban Athletic Club?

Yes, the 5-week online program is $50, which includes instructional videos, weights tracking, and weekly check-ins.

Open gym access is available for $125/month.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is paid and free street parking. There's also a parking garage at Giant Food that offers free 90-minute parking with a purchase.
