My approach to fitness is to train for life and make long-term goals—not short-term gains and successes. Train to move well and do anything you want when you are 50-plus. Don’t get caught up in health fads. Train sustainably and often. Listen to your body, rest when you need to, and quantify your training to ensure progress.

The class will meet WEDNESDAYS at 7:00 pm and SATURDAYS at 7:30 am.
What will we do in the sessions?
(1) Work on skills (Sled Push and Pulls, Wall Balls, Rowing, Skierg, Kettlebell Carries, and all the movements done in a HYROX event.
(2) Prepare the body for the workouts in HYROX (building up the cardiorespiratory system and increasing muscular endurance.
The program includes a 3 training days per week that you can do on your own at your home gym or at Urban Athletic Club (additional fee).
Yes, there is paid and free street parking. There's also a parking garage at Giant Food that offers free 90-minute parking with a purchase.

Week 1:Saturday, March 1
Week 6: Wednesday, March 26
Yes, the 6-week program is $50, which includes instructional videos, weights tracking, and weekly check-ins.
Open gym access is available for $27/week.
