As a personal trainer and sports nutritionist, Mike Presley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their clients. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from James Madison University and multiple certifications, Mike is well-equipped to help clients reach their health and fitness goals. Throughout Mike’s 12+ year career, he has worked with various clients, including athletes, kids, and special populations. Mike started as a trainer for Olympic sports teams at James Madison University before transitioning to corporate gym management.

The class will meet TWICE per week: Tuesdays at 7:00 pm, Saturdays at 8:30 am
What will we do in the sessions?
The training sessions are both workouts and instructional. Learn proper form on Back Squats, Front Squats, Deadlifts. We'll also review different types of sets, reps, and tempo needed to improve strength, hypertrophy, and power.
The program includes a 3 training days per week that you can do on your own at your home gym or at Urban Athletic Club (additional fee).
Yes, there is paid and free street parking. There's also a parking garage at Giant Food that offers free 90-minute parking with a purchase.
6 consecutive weeks:
Week 1: Tuesday, March 18 through
Week 6: Tuesday, April 29.
Yes, the 6-week program is $50, which includes instructional videos, weights tracking, and weekly check-ins.
